- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it, with tags still attached and original packaging intact.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as final sale products or personalized/custom orders, are not eligible for return unless defective.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping will be arranged by Hellovastra™.
Customers do not need to ship items on their own. Once a return is approved, we will schedule a pickup or provide return instructions.
If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, there will be no cost to you.
For other reasons (like size or preference changes), a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
Important: Please ensure the item is unused and in original condition with tags intact.
Returns lost due to customer mishandling before pickup are not our responsibility.
